Eddie is an International Speaker and facilitator focused on helping Leaders build a focused and adaptive Corporate Culture. For over two decades, Eddie has been fascinated by how two seemingly identical companies can produce such dramatically different results. He has worked in twelve different countries, helping Leaders to differentiate their business in a commoditized world.

He is the founder of Leadershift, an organization that helps Leaders to lead more effectively in a changing world and to intentionally create Organizational Cultures where leaders and teams produce better results and adapt more successfully to a changing world.

Eddie has worked across a range of different industries and has worked with people as diverse as CEO’s from Multi-National organizations to Traditional Leaders in some of the most remote places on the planet, with a special focus on the African Continent.

His new book, “Keystone Culture – 8 steps to a focused and adaptive organizational Culture” is due to be released in the first half of 2021. The book is a practical, well researched and fascinating look at what some of the world’s best companies are doing to create Corporate Cultures that set them apart from their competitors.

The book focuses on how Keystone habits that are intentionally linked with an organization’s highest priorities and systematically indoctrinated through rituals can transform the performance of any team.

It also looks at the skills and behaviours that adaptive leaders require to successfully drive organizational culture.

When Eddie is not speaking on stage or working with Leaders to build better Workplace Cultures, he will more than likely be hanging out with his family or running around a tennis court trying unsuccessfully to model Stan Wawrinka’s devastating one-handed backhand. He lives in and travels out of Cape town, South Africa.
