My journey has been shaped by an unwavering commitment to understanding the world and my place within it. I was raised in a community that instilled a strong sense of purpose and certainty, deeply rooted in faith and tradition. For years, I embraced this framework, serving in leadership roles, dedicating two years to a mission, and building a family within its structure. I believed I was among the fortunate few who held the ultimate truth.

However, life has a way of challenging even our most deeply held beliefs, and asking questions, we’re not always prepared to answer. Over time, I embarked on a journey of intense questioning and research, peeling back layers of history, science, and philosophy. What I discovered was both unsettling and illuminating: a story far more complex than I had ever imagined. It was a journey that not only reshaped my understanding of the world but also transformed my approach to leadership, culture, and personal growth.

Today, I value doubt over certainty, believing that it’s better to live with questions that cannot be answered than answers that cannot be questioned. This perspective fuels my work with leaders and teams, where curiosity, humility, and vulnerability often hold more power than conviction and certainty. I’ve come to see these traits not as weaknesses, but as the cornerstones of authentic leadership and thriving workplace cultures.

My story isn’t just about leaving behind old paradigms—it’s about embracing a mindset that prioritizes learning, growth, and the courage to rethink long-held assumptions. Living in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, I’m inspired daily by the diversity of stories and perspectives around me.
